Never even heard of it. So, erm, probably not?
“Japan is sooo weird!”
“I looked at tentacle porn once and decided to base my opinions of an entire nation of diverse ethnicities, cultural traditions and populations based upon it.”
“I’m been friendzoned.”
“I do not understand that women are not obligated to be romantically attracted to me, regardless of how much I want them to be. I obviously consider a good woman’s friendship as somehow “not enough” and therefore I do not deserve either friends or romance.”
“I’m not racist, but…”
“I’m going to say something really racist.”
“God, you just don’t understand that sexy women can still be powerful characters! The men aren’t realistic either… etc…”
“I’m sorry you want women in your media of choice to not be presented as softcore pornography with a veneer of latex covering the naughty bits - even though I’d whine like a five year-old if male characters were portrayed as hot-oil-slicked, continually aroused sexpots suffering from continual near dickslips as they waved their firm buttocks and erect nipples at the camera.”
“You’re just imagining things! What does race/gender/whatever-you-silly-women-are-compaining about, have to do with it?”
“I don’t notice or care that all protagonists in everything are white men. If you see a problem with this, it’s probably because you’re not white or male enough.”
“My girlfriend is the awesomest! She likes video games/anime/comics/etc…”
“I somehow managed to find a significant other with similar interests to me. I think this is somehow special because I am too much of a sexist douche to understand that women frequently like things that aren’t coded as feminine. I am putting my girlfriend on an obnoxious pedestal as a result… it’s almost like she’s people.”
“Guy/Girls are just like that.”
“*I* am just like that… I am ascribing whatever loathsome behavior I am demonstrating to 3.5 billion people to justify this.”
Alternatively: “From a sample group of my friends and past lovers, I will gladly speak for 3.5 billion people to justify my prejudices. I have a poor idea of statistical significance.”
“Women just don’t like nice guys.”
“I think I’m a “nice guy.” I really have some manner of problematic character flaw that repels the opposite sex. I am blaming the entirety of another gender for this problem even though I am the common factor in all of my failed relationships.”
“You don’t understand… girls/black people/gays just aren’t into this sort of thing, their main market is straight white males between the ages of thirteen and thirty-five and they need to market to that to stay competitive.”
“I agree with companies that think I’m too much of a goddamn insecure idiot to be able to enjoy something which features protagonists who are not exactly like me.”
“Link’s Awakening/Final Fantasy VI/Chrono Trigger/etc… was the best game ever!”
“I have an irrational nostalgic love for things I liked when I was twelve and cannot move beyond it.”
“Lighten up! Why do you have to be so goddamn politically correct!?”
“It’s your fault for reacting to me being an offensive asshole. My magical girlfriend who magically likes comic books laughs at my rape jokes.”
“KAWAII DESU NE!?”
“If you wish to end this conversation without wanting to stab yourself, you will be best served by tasering me and leaving me in a dumpster.”
Also, as an add-on to the previous post, there have been a few instances on my dash lately of calling specific women on Once Upon A Time “bitch” or “slut” for some reason or another.
Knock it the fuck off.
You are slut-shaming (read: condemning someone for expressing their sexuality and *gasp* LIKING SEX) when what you’re yelling at the character for has NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR SEX LIVES. And even if it did, that’s a really shitty thing to do and you should feel bad about it.
As to the “bitch” comments, that term is most often used to refer to women in positions of power who exercise that power and don’t apologize for doing their jobs the same way a male figure would were he in that position.
Which is, again, not only COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT, but also NOT OKAY.
Shut the fuck up with your sexism and slut-shaming and yell at these people for the things they actually do that are stupid.
Hi there. My name is Lu (Ali) and it makes me uncomfortable when you use the term “bitches” to address a general audience.
This general audience can be your friends, followers, strangers, a group of people you don’t like, or any mix thereof.
It still makes me uncomfortable and I need people to know that.
Imagine a movie like The Avengers
But instead of Marvel heroes joining forces
It was Disney Princesses
‘I have an army,’ Maleficent taunted.
‘Yeah?’ said Rapunzel, ‘we have Kuzco.’
YOU THREW OFF MY GROOVE
“Slut” is just the weirdest insult ever.
How does it even work?
“You do the thing that is responsible for not only both of our lives but collectively our entire species and many of the species of life I can think of right now. Not only that, but you do this act often. And you like it.”
Did you…..did you win?

Okay so I was just fighting Morty (Ghost-type gym leader), and was down to his last Haunter with less than half HP.
Unfortunately he KOed my last usable Pokemon, so all I had left was my Eevee (in training), who’s only damaging moves are Tackle and Quick Attack.
On top of that he used Mean Look so I was all prepared for defeat.
When he used Curse.
Which, when used by a Ghost-type Pokemon, cuts half it’s HP.
So that happened.
